Private Client Terms and Conditions

By requesting private client coverage you agree to the terms and conditions of being a private client with Becca Hamel Media.

1) Images and videos are strictly for personal use only, any company or business found using images and/or videos without explicit permission will be fined a $1000 infringement fee. Please email hello@beccahamel.com to speak about licensing options.

2)Becca Hamel Media maintains full rights to images and/or videos taken under hire as a private photographer, and can be used for promotional material of Becca Hamel Media across social media platforms.

3) Payments must be made in full on the Monday of the show. Becca Hamel Media has full right to withhold any content from clients until full payment has been received. A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot for that week of showing.

4) Clients must inform Becca Hamel Media of cancellations as soon as possible. Any cancellations made prior to 24 hours to the start of their class will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of their class will be refunded 75% of their invoice, the 25% deposit will be forfeited.

5) Clients are responsible for notifying Becca Hamel Media of their ring status and order of go throughout the day. Horse show schedules can change unexpectedly, and every effort will be made to ensure coverage is captured on the day of, or another day if applicable. If for any reason, your coverage is missed (and cannot be made up on another day due to scheduling), you will receive a full refund.

6) The client understands that Becca Hamel Media will do their best to capture as much content and coverage as possible within their limitations. Limitations could include positions of jumps within the rings and stadiums, refusals of jumps, rider falls or other.
